Please note that I will be on holiday from 30th April to 7th May, and will not be taking any bookings during this period.

Cancellations 

I understand that life can throw curveballs! If you need to cancel your event, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

  •  Deposit Policy: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days before the event. However, I totally understand that serious illness can happen, and I’ll make exceptions in those cases.
  • Weather Woes: If unexpected weather conditions force you to cancel on the day of the event, I won’t be able to offer a refund. I encourage you to have a backup plan in place—like an alternative indoor location—to keep the fun going despite Mother Nature’s surprises!
  • If I’m Under the Weather: If I’m unable to attend due to illness, I’ll do my best to find a replacement for you. If that’s not possible, I’ll provide a full refund. Just keep in mind that illness can be unpredictable, and I appreciate your understanding if things don’t go as planned.
