2. Your Quote Awaits

If your desired time slot is available, I’ll send you a quote filled with all the essential info: personal terms, event details, pricing, and payment instructions. Plus, I’ll hold that time slot for you for the next 7 days!

3. Secure Your Spot with a deposit 

To complete your booking, simply pay a £25 deposit. By doing this, you’re agreeing to the terms laid out in your quote. Remember, this deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your event. If no payment was received, the pre-booking will be canceled. Please, don’t wait too long!

Congratulations, You’re Booked! 

Your quote has a unique number and is an important part of our agreement, which you can find on my website. This agreement kicks in once your deposit is paid.

Cancellations 

I understand that life can throw curveballs! If you need to cancel your event, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

•  Deposit Policy: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days before the event. However, I totally understand that serious illness can happen, and I’ll make exceptions in those cases.
• Weather Woes: If unexpected weather conditions force you to cancel on the day of the event, I won’t be able to offer a refund. I encourage you to have a backup plan in place—like an alternative indoor location—to keep the fun going despite Mother Nature’s surprises!
• If I’m Under the Weather: If I’m unable to attend due to illness, I’ll do my best to find a replacement for you. If that’s not possible, I’ll provide a full refund. Just keep in mind that illness can be unpredictable, and I appreciate your understanding if things don’t go as planned.
